 Students identify similarities and differences between polynomial and nonpolynomials using the Polynomial Concept Attainment activity.
 As a class define a polynomial function
 Students are to use the TINspire calculators and the activity to identify similarities in power functions with even and odd degrees, positive and negative leading coefficients.
 Give definitions for Line Symmetry and Point Symmetry.
 How does the leading coefficient of the function affect the graph of the polynomial?
Will need to define: end behaviour and leading coefficient. Review Domain and Range.
Use the smart Notebook Matching Exercise to complete an Achievement check.
